For platforms 2003, 2008, 2008 R2, the discovery script that was made for mount points was also discovering logical drives as mount points. This is now fixed.
For the 2012 platforms 2012 R2, the discovery script mount points was engendering the rediscovery of logical drives resulting in the execution of rules again. This has been corrected

Added feature to raise event when NTLM requests time out and customers are unable to use mailboxes, outlook stops responding, due to the low default value for Max Concurrent API registry Key (HLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Netlogon\Parameters) , which is a ceiling for the maximum NTLM or Kerberos PAC password validations a server can take care of at a time. It uses the “Netlogon” performance counter to check for the issue.

Known Issue: If the BPA monitor is enabled, then there will be an error in the PowerShell script which is a know issue in the Agent. This has been fixed in Operations Manager next update which is coming up.

The Library, Windows 2000 Server and Windows Server 2003 specific management packs can be imported into a management group that does not have OpsMgr 2007 SP1.
The Windows Server 2008 specific management packs are not supported, and will not import, into a management that does not have OpsMgr 2007 Service Pack 1 installed. This is due to the fact that monitoring of Windows Server 2008 is not supported without Service Pack 1.
The Windows Server Operating System Management Pack for Operations Manager 2007 is designed to monitor the following versions of the base Operating System:

With the additional of Windows Server 2012 monitoring, and the critical fixes to the cluster disk behavior – this looks like a pretty solid update and MP. If you are running 6.0.6972.0 then I’d say upgrade to this version as soon as you can, as it addresses some critical issues. If you are running 6.0.6958.0 or older, then I’d plan to move to this version – but make sure you test and are prepared for the changes to how cluster disks are discovered and monitored, and plan for the changes to the processor utilization performance collection for your reports.
