Overview 

System Center Monitoring Pack for Java EE:
These monitoring packs monitor JEE (Java Enterprise Edition) application servers. Monitoring packs are available for IBM WebSphere, Oracle WebLogic, Red Hat JBoss and Apache Tomcat.

This monitoring pack includes following features:

• Enables automatic discovery of Tomcat/JBoss/WebSphere/WebLogic application servers deployed in customer's environment.
• Monitors application server availability and performance.
• Discovers and monitors applications deployed in your Java EE application servers.

System Center 2012 - Operations Manager Sizing Helper

The Operations Manager 2012 Sizing Helper is an interactive document designed to assist you with planning & sizing deployments of Operations Manager 2012. It helps you plan the correct amount of infrastructure needed for a new OpsMgr 2012 deployment, removing the uncertainties in making IT hardware purchases and optimizes cost. A typical recommendation will include the recommended hardware specification for each server role, topology diagram and storage requirement.

Instructions

System Center Monitoring Pack for Java EE:

1. Download and install the msi package.
2. Follow the quick start instructions in the SC2012OM_JEE_Readme.txt.

System Center 2012 - Operations Manager Sizing Helper

1. Save the Operations Manager 2012 Sizing Helper.xls to local storage.
2. Open the Operations Manager 2012 Sizing Helper.xls.
3. In the Security Warning, click "Enable Content". The interactive functions of the sizing helper will not work if macros are not enabled.
